JOB OVERVIEW

EMPRESS HOUSING is a fast-growing company managing short-term rental properties across Airbnb, VRBO, and other OTA platforms. We are part of a group that acquires and manages properties for owners, with a strong focus on delivering consistent 5-star guest experiences and operational excellence.

We are looking for a high-performing Operations Manager who is hospitality-driven, highly organized, and capable of overseeing both guest experience and day-to-day operations with professionalism, speed, and strong judgment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Oversee guest communication and ensure consistent, high-quality responses.
• Manage and optimize daily operations across multiple listings.
• Resolve guest issues and escalations with professionalism and urgency.
• Coordinate cleaners, maintenance, and operational workflows.
• Ensure adherence to SOPs and continuously improve processes.
• Monitor listings, bookings, and performance across OTA platforms.
• Support pricing, availability, and listing optimization strategies.
• Identify issues proactively and implement solutions to improve efficiency.

QUALIFICATIONS:
• 5-10 years experience in short-term rental / Airbnb operations management
• Proven ability to manage day-to-day operations and coordinate teams (cleaners, maintenance, support staff)
• Strong background in guest communication and operational coordination
• Excellent written and verbal English (clear, professional, and polished)
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills under pressure
• Experience managing multiple listings and workflows simultaneously
• Familiarity with STR tools, PMS, and OTA platforms
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
