EMPRESS HOUSING is a fast-growing company managing short-term rental properties across Airbnb, VRBO, and other OTA platforms. We are part of a group that acquires and manages properties for owners, with a strong focus on delivering consistent 5-star guest experiences.
We are looking for a high-performing Front Desk Virtual Assistant who is hospitality-driven, proactive, and capable of managing guest communication with professionalism and urgency.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Respond to guest inquiries quickly, warmly, and professionally.
• Handle concerns and resolve issues with urgency and ownership.
• Follow SOPs and maintain communication standards.
• Coordinate cleaners and maintenance teams.
• Support listing optimization and operational workflows.
• Maintain professionalism across all guest interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:
• 3+ years experience in Airbnb / short-term rental management.
• Excellent written and verbal English.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Experience with relevant tools/platforms.
• Ability to multitask with strong attention to detail and urgency.
