ABOUT ME:
Hi! I'm Emma — a fitness and wellness content creator and coach with 800k+ followers across platforms. I create content around mindset, fitness, travel, and living a healthy, balanced lifestyle. I'm looking for a creative, reliable right-hand person to join my team — not only to help edit videos, but to genuinely grow alongside me as my brand grows. If you're someone who takes initiative, has a good sense of humor, and cares about doing quality work, keep reading. :)

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Video Editing (edit short & long-form content using CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, and/or Adobe Premiere Pro. Adding simple captions, cuts, sound effects, music, etc.)
- Social Media Management (schedule and post content across platforms, help me reply to comments and DMs- comfortable engaging with my audience in my voice)
- Content Ideation, Trend Research & Analytics (help me research what's trending in my niche and pitch me ideas I can easily re-create as carousel posts or reels, like workout tips, nutrition facts, etc., also help me regularly review and analyze my social media analytics to understand what's working and adjust our strategy accordingly!)
- Graphic Design & Digital Products (co-create digital products like eBooks, lead magnets, and design visually appealing, informative carousel posts -- like what I eat in a day"-- in Canva)

WHAT I'M LOOKING FOR:
- Strong, natural English (written & spoken)
- Experienced with software like Capcut, Davinci Resolve, Premiere Pro
- Proficient in Canva with an eye for design
- Proficient with using major social media platforms (including Snapchat)
- Skilled at research and analytics (social media trends, fitness/nutrition tips, breaking down social media analytics)
- Self-motivated & deadline-driven with a growth mindset
- Good sense of humor -- to help me make funny videos (important!)
