Company: Elite Real Estate Management Corp

Work Setup: Fully Remote (Home based)

Schedule: Must overlap with 9am to midnight Canadian Eastern Time. Available to work Monday to Friday and some weekends.

Salary: Based on experience + performance increases + long?term stability. Starting price is $5/hour with plans to scale it up over time and performance.

Elite Real Estate Management Corp manages residential properties on behalf of landlords. We handle:
-Tenant inquiries & support
-Maintenance coordination
-Vendor communication
-Rent follow-up
-Ticket management & documentation

We are growing and looking for a highly reliable, English-proficient, detail oriented VA who can join our team long-term.

ROLE OVERVIEW
You will serve as the front line of communication between tenants, landlords, vendors, and the property management team.
Your responsibilities include but not limited to:

1) Answer tenant calls, texts, emails professionally
2) Log maintenance requests into ----------
3) Triage issues (routine ? urgent ? emergency)
4) Contact landlords for preferred vendors + approval
5) Secure at least 2 vendor quotes for most repair issues unless Property Management Associate Manager or Operation Manager provide other directions.
6) Coordinate schedules & access with tenants, condominium building (if applicable) and Landlords
7) Update tasks, timelines, next actions in Microsoft Teams and ----------
8) Send rent reminders + follow up on late payments to Tenants and keeping Elite Managers informed as well as Landlords.
9) Follow a clear SOP + escalation process
10) Strong work ethnics and communications with internal company members such as Property Manager (PM), Business Development Associate Manager (BDM), Accounting & Finance Manager, Operation Manager, Other Support Staff, and Managing Director.
11) Develop creative post and marketing visuals for online social media posting, newsletter to Tenants, company updates to Landlords, and work with PM and BDM to create business development seminar's visuals on powerpoint etc...

TOOLS YOU'LL USE
You MUST be comfortable and abe proficient of using:

- Microsoft Outlook and Teams Applications (chat, updates, escalation)
- ---------- (task/ticket tracking)
- Phone/SMS system
- General Email (professional communication)
- Training is provided — but you must be tech savvy and a fast learner.
- Canva
- Microsoft Software Applications (i.e. word document, excel, powerpoint)
- Adobe PDF
- Managing our website's updates
- Potentially manage our social media planning, post/reel creations and postings

REQUIREMENTS
- Excellent English (spoken + written)
- Strong Wi-Fi Network and computer equipment & up to date system
- Confident on the phone (you’ll speak to tenants daily)
- Calm, patient, empathetic especially during urgent and emergency situations
- Very organized + strong attention to detail
- Able to follow SOPs and escalate properly
- Reliable & responsive (no ghosting, no missed deadlines)
- Problem solver
- Strong ethics to follow-up
- Comfortable talking to tenants, landlords, vendors, and prospective clients
- Can work independently

EXPERIENCE TO HAVE
- Property management and logistic experience
- Call center experience is an asset
- Additional Language spoken and written is an asset (i.e. Chinese, Spanish etc...)
- Strong customer service experience
- Familiar with maintenance issues
- Knowledge of time zone coordination

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
This job does NOT involve:
- Sales / cold calling
- Pressuring tenants for payments
- Legal or financial decision-making
- Giving repair quotes or professional advice
- Approving work orders

You must follow SOPs and escalate when needed, and apply common sense approach. It is expected that you will communcanicate and ask to clarify when it is unclear.

WORK SCHEDULE EXPECTATIONS
You must be available for:
- 9am–5pm or 5pm to Midnight Eastern Time (Canada)
- Monday to Sunday coverage (except Canadian statutory holidays unless otherwise agreed)
- Occasional after-hours urgent notifications (rare but possible)
