Rapid Flow Media is a content and visual production company operating in San Francisco and Germany, working at the intersection of tech, AI, and media. Where You Start
Your first project is the foundation: designing our company logo, brand deck. This is your chance to put your stamp on a company that is actively growing.

What the Role Grows Into
This is a full-time, long-term position. As we grow, you will be working on animated conference decks, pitch decks for tech and AI companies, feature launch graphics, social media assets, and visual content for clients across San Francisco and Germany. No two weeks will look the same.
What We Need From You

Strong logo and brand identity design
Pitch deck and presentation design (Google Slides, PowerPoint, or Keynote)
Website design IS A HUGE PLUS
Clean, modern, professional aesthetic — not flashy, not generic
Fast turnaround and strong communication in English
Ability to take a brief and run with it independently

Nice to Have
Motion graphics or basic animation
Experience designing for tech or startup clients
Familiarity with AI tools in your design workflow

What We Offer

Flexible full time position around 25-30hours
Starting salary: To be negotioted but first Logo design and Branded Website Deck will be compensated at $300
