JOB OVERVIEW

We are a growing credit repair and financial services company helping clients improve their credit profiles, remove inaccurate negative items, and build strong financial foundations. We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Credit Repair Assistant to join our team long-term.
Job Responsibilities:
Review credit reports (TransUnion, Experian, Equifax)
Identify negative items, inaccuracies, and dispute opportunities
Prepare and send dispute letters to credit bureaus
Track disputes and follow up on responses
Organize client files and maintain accurate records
Assist with client onboarding and documentation
Communicate updates to clients when needed
Perform basic data entry and administrative tasks
Requirements:
Strong attention to detail (VERY important)
Excellent written English
Ability to follow instructions and systems
Organized and able to manage multiple clients
Experience with credit repair is a PLUS (but not required – we will train)
Familiarity with Google Docs, Sheets, and email
Stable internet connection
Nice to Have (Not Required):
Knowledge of credit laws (FCRA, FDCPA, Metro2)
Experience using dispute platforms (Credit Repair Cloud, DisputeBee, etc.)
Customer service experience
Work Schedule:
Full-time or part-time available
