JOB OVERVIEW

Role Overview
We are looking for a Reddit Manager to lead organic community engagement and brand presence for our diverse client portfolio. You will be responsible for navigating Reddit's unique culture to build authority, drive traffic, and manage reputations without relying on traditional "corporate" marketing tactics.

Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Posting: Create and distribute value-first content across relevant subreddits to build organic reach for SEO clients.
- Community Engagement: Monitor threads and participate in discussions to position our clients as helpful industry experts.
- Account Management: Maintain multiple aged or niche-specific Reddit profiles while adhering to platform-wide and subreddit-specific rules.
- Trend Analysis: Identify emerging discussions or viral opportunities that align with our clients' target keywords and industries.
- Crisis & Reputation Management: Monitor brand mentions and address negative sentiment or misinformation professionally.

Qualifications
- Proven track record of growing accounts or driving traffic on Reddit.
- Deep understanding of "Reddiquette" and the specific nuances of different communities.
- Ability to switch writing styles to match various brand voices and subreddit personas.
- Basic understanding of SEO and how social signals/referral traffic impact search rankings.
- Excellent judgment in identifying which subreddits are open to brand participation versus those that are strictly anti-marketing.
