JOB OVERVIEW

At Instrux, we help companies bring products to market in the right way. That means helping the ---------- et EU product rules, organize the right documents, and make sure everything is in place before a product is sold. We work with both growing companies and established manufacturers, and we turn complex compliance requirements into practical steps.

We are looking for a Junior EU Product Compliance Specialist to support our compliance team. This is a detail-focused role for someone who likes structured work, clear documentation, and professional communication with clients and suppliers.

What you will do

- Draft Declarations of Conformity based on existing information and templates
- Build and organize technical files and product documentation
- Review new customer documents and check whether required information is complete
- Follow up with suppliers and clients to request missing documents or clarifications
- Help maintain clear and well-structured compliance records
- Support senior specialists with project preparation and document handling
- Flag missing information, inconsistencies, or risks in product files

What we are looking for

- Minimal 1 year experience in a position where CE/GPSR was part of the daily operations.
- Strong attention to detail
- Good written English and clear communication
- Comfortable working with documents, lists, and structured processes
- Able to follow instructions carefully and ask questions when something is unclear
- Professional in communication with clients and suppliers
- Interested in EU product compliance, documentation, and regulations
- Able to work independently in a remote environment

Nice to have

- Experience with product documentation, technical files, or quality/compliance work
- Experience working with suppliers or document collection
- Familiarity with CE marking or EU product legislation
