Summary
We are a rapidly expanding direct-to-consumer (D2C) beauty brand on a mission to help 1 million people achieve healthier, more radiant skin with our premium, science-backed skincare. Our in-house marketing team is one of the most efficient and innovative in the D2C space and we’re looking for a results-oriented Video Editor to help us scale even faster by producing impactful, high-converting ad creatives.

Purpose of the Role
This position is all about turning creative concepts into scroll-stopping, performance-driven video ads for Meta platforms. You won’t just be piecing together footage — you’ll be creating assets that help us grow profitably, reach millions of customers, and make a genuine difference in how people feel about their skin. You’ll work within a fast-moving, highly collaborative remote team that values speed, initiative, and measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
- Edit short-form, conversion-focused video ads for Meta
- Produce multiple variations of each concept for A/B testing
- Transform UGC, product shots, and testimonials into engaging ad creatives
- Source on-trend B-roll and UGC from TikTok, YouTube, and other relevant platforms
- Enhance videos with captions, animations, and AI-powered tools (voiceovers, avatars) when relevant
- Keep up to date with trends on TikTok, Reels, and YouTube Shorts — especially in the beauty niche
- Continuously optimize creatives based on ad performance and team feedback
What We’re Looking For
- 1–2+ years editing performance ads for e-commerce (beauty experience is a bonus)
- Strong skills in Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar software
- Experience adding light animation or motion graphics
- Solid understanding of direct-response marketing and buyer psychology
- Familiar with Meta Ads, UGC ad styles, and
- Able to source high-quality clips and content from TikTok, YouTube, and stock platforms
- Organized and comfortable using project management tools like ClickUp
- Reliable workstation, strong internet connection, and efficient file management habits

- Have no interest in analyzing or improving results based on metrics
- Lack a reliable work setup or juggle too many other commitments
- Can’t adapt quickly to feedback and fast-paced changes
- Only have experience editing social videos for influencers or personal brands
