We are looking for a Social Media & Content VA to help us maintain a consistent and meaningful online presence.
Role Overview
This role focuses on creating and scheduling content that feels warm, reflective, and aligned with a counselling practice. Content should be thoughtful and supportive — not overly promotional.
Responsibilities
• Create and schedule social media posts (Instagram,
• Write captions in a warm, reflective tone
• Repurpose blog content into multiple posts
• Post weekly updates on Google Business Profile
• Create simple Canva graphics
• Assist with light content planning
• Suggest ideas to improve engagement and reach
Important Note
We are a counselling practice, so content must feel thoughtful, respectful, and not overly sales-focused.
Required Skills
• Social media content creation
• Strong writing skills (English)
• Canva or similar design tools
• Attention to tone and detail
Preferred Experience
Experience working with:
• healthcare or wellness businesses
• therapists or counselling services
• values-based or service-based brands
