This role is for someone who can step into an account, assess what’s working (and what’s not), and give clear, practical recommendations that improve results.

What You’ll Be Doing
Audit existing Go HighLevel setups (funnels, workflows, pipelines, CRM structure)
Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and missed opportunities
Provide clear recommendations backed by marketing logic
Implement improvements across funnels, automations, and campaigns
Work on
Support landing page and funnel builds when needed
Collaborate with our team on campaign strategy and execution
What We’re Looking For
Strong experience with Go HighLevel (this is non-negotiable)
Able to confidently audit an account and explain findings clearly
Solid understanding of marketing fundamentals (lead generation, nurturing, conversions)
Knows what makes a funnel or campaign actually perform — not just function
Detail-oriented but also able to see the bigger picture
Proactive — you don’t wait to be told what’s broken
Bonus Points If You Have
Experience working with Australian businesses
Background in agencies or client-facing roles
Copywriting or funnel strategy experience
Familiarity with paid ads and how they connect to GHL workflows
Role Details
Part-time role (with room to grow into full-time)
Rate: $8–$11 AUD per hour (based on experience)
