JOB OVERVIEW

We are a fast-growing eCommerce company looking for a highly skilled AI video editor who specializes in creating direct-response ads using AI tools.

Our ads are produced 100% with AI, so we are specifically looking for editors who are already experienced with tools such as:

• HeyGen
• Seedance
• NanoBanana
• VEO3
• Other advanced AI video generation / AI B-roll tools

This role is focused on producing high-converting ad creatives, primarily for Meta (Facebook & Instagram).

If you already create ads for supplement brands, beauty brands, or DTC eCommerce companies, you will be a strong fit.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

Your job will be to turn scripts into finished ad creatives using AI tools.

For each project you will receive:
• The script
• Creative direction
• Hook ideas
• Visual guidance
• Access to SOPs

Your mission is to execute the videos and make them look premium, engaging, and native to social media.

Typical deliverable per ad concept:

• 6 video concepts
• 3 hook variations per concept
• AI-generated B-roll
• AI-generated actors / scenes when needed
• Clean editing and pacing for high retention

Important Requirements

We are only looking for editors who:

• Already know how to use AI video generation tools
• Have experience creating ads for eCommerce brands
• Understand short-form ad structure (hooks, retention, pacing)
• Can create AI B-roll and AI scenes that feel natural
• Can follow direct-response ad frameworks

Experience with supplement brands or health / beauty products is a big plus.

Application Requirements (MANDATORY)

To be considered, your application must include the following:

The names of the brands you have previously worked with

10 examples of your best ads created entirely with AI

Links to the videos or portfolio

The AI tools you used to create those ads

Important:

The examples must be ads generated primarily with AI (AI actors, AI B-roll, AI scenes, etc.).

We are NOT looking for traditional edited ads or classic UGC edits.

Applications without these elements will not be reviewed.

Nice to Have

Experience working with brands similar to:

• Rosabella
• Resilia
• Other DTC supplement or beauty brands

Understanding of Meta ad creatives and direct-response marketing is highly preferred.

Goal

We are building a long-term creative team capable of producing large volumes of AI-generated ads for multiple products.
