JOB OVERVIEW

Hi! I'm a top-producing life insurance agent in the US and I need an experienced insurance appointment setter to join me long-term.

Here's the deal: I have over ten thousand aged life insurance leads sitting in my CRM ready to be called. I need someone to dial through them, have a quick friendly conversation, and either transfer the prospect to me live or book them on my calendar. You're not selling or quoting — just connecting me with interested people.

The products are Final Expense, Mortgage Protection, IUL, and Veterans life insurance. If you've set appointments for any of these before, we're going to get along great.

SCHEDULE:
9:00 AM – 8:00 PM US Eastern Time (Monday–Friday)
That's 9:00 PM – 8:00 AM Philippine time. Yes, it's a night shift. Please only apply if you're comfortable with that and have done it before.

WHAT I'M LOOKING FOR:
- At least 1 year setting appointments specifically for US life insurance, Medicare, or financial services (this is required — general cold calling experience alone won't be enough)
- You already know what Final Expense, Mortgage Protection, or IUL means
- You've handled objections like "I already have insurance" and "I'm not interested" hundreds of times
- Clear English with a neutral accent (you'll be speaking with American seniors aged 50-80)
- Reliable internet, backup power, quiet workspace, and a good headset
- CRM or dialer experience is a plus (I use GoHighLevel and WAVV)

WHAT YOU GET:
- $6/hour base pay, paid every 2 weeks
- Bonuses on every qualified transfer and booked appointment
- Monthly performance bonus when you hit targets
- 13th month pay
- A long-term role — I'm not looking for a freelancer, I'm looking for a partner
- You'll have a massive lead pool to work with, so you'll never run out of people to call

I move fast. I'll be reviewing applications within 48 hours and starting interviews right away.

HOW TO APPLY:
Please include a 60-second voice recording with your application. Introduce yourself like you would to a Final Expense prospect, then tell me which insurance products you've set appointments for and what dialer/CRM you used. Applications without a voice recording will not be reviewed.

Looking forward to hearing from you!
