About the Role
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Administrator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in accounts support and a high level of accuracy in financial processes.
Key Responsibilities
Manage Accounts Payable functions, including invoice processing and payment scheduling
Perform bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial records
Provide general accounts support to the finance team
Assist with day-to-day financial administration tasks
Skills & Experience
Proven experience in an accounts administration role
Mandatory experience with Sage Pronto Software (must be proficient)
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Preferred Background
Experience working within an accounts team in the Australian Electrical Services or Construction Industry
Familiarity with Australian accounting practices and standards
