JOB OVERVIEW

I am looking for a social media manager that can do the following below. PLEASE only submit if you can provide exceptional work for either job 1, job 2, OR both. I am not choosing based if you can do all but rather your work, expertise, and ability to follow directions and be communicative. I would prefer to have 2 or 3 separate professionals who are amazing at their niche than to have 1 person who is okay at all. Job 1:

Video editor for current and active Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube channels.
- Edit 10-20 videos every 2 weeks for social media anywhere from 15 seconds to 3 minutes. Usually under 1 minute.
- Upload, manage, schedule etc. to gain the most followers and generate leads.
- Be able to edit videos like or better than the example on ----------

***Bonus if able to find more leads

Job 2:

Facebook/Instagram/Youtube ads specialist.
- Set up easy and natural ads.
- Document spend to show what's working, ROI etc.
- Mentor owner on the best ads/content to make to generate more leads and ROI.
- Teach owner how to utilize IG/Youtube/TikTok in order to gain more traction like other ways to post besides reels.

BOTH:

Video editor/Social Media Manager/Ads Specialist
- Be able to do handle all of the above.
- Communicative and collaborative with owner.
