We're opening our first office in the Philippines — and we're looking for our founding Bookkeeper hire to join us on this journey. This is a chance to grow with us from day one, work directly with North American clients, and help shape the future of our PH team.

What You'll Do

Handle bookkeeping for Canadian clients using QuickBooks Online.
Reconcile accounts, prepare financial reports, and maintain accurate ledgers.
Ensure compliance with Canadian bookkeeping and tax requirements.
Collaborate with the Canadian head office team on client support.
Suggest improvements using automation & AI tools to streamline processes.
Take on leadership opportunities as the PH office expands.

Who We're Looking For

3–5 years bookkeeping experience (QuickBooks Online required).
Strong understanding of accounting principles.
Excellent English communication (written & spoken).
Experience supporting North American clients (Canada/US) in a BPO setting.
Minimum 2 years of North American BPO bookkeeping experience is required.
Tech-savvy and adaptable — eager to learn about AI & automation.
? Bonus: People management/team lead experience.
