The "Founding Member" Opportunity
I am not looking for an employee. I am looking for a partner in execution.

The "Full Out" Expectation: If you are a "task-taker" who waits for instructions, do not apply. I need a self-sufficient builder who sees a problem and builds a system to solve it before I even ask.

Rapid Income Scaling: If you play "Full Out," innovate, and build systems that drive net revenue, your pay will scale incrementally. We have a clear path to move you from $800 to $1,800 USD/month within your first few months based on the KPIs you hit.

The Technical "Nerd" Stack
You must be obsessed with the "how" of AI. You will be expected to master and implement:

GoHighLevel (GHL): Building the "brain" of our operations (Workflows, APIs, Snapshots).

Advanced AI Tools: You must be ready to dive into Claude Code, OpenCLAW, and CoWork.

System Integration: Connecting the dots using MCPs (Model Context Protocol) and CLIs.

Autonomous Agents: Helping us build and deploy agents that actually "think" and work for our clients.

Age/Mindset: You are likely young (18+), tech-obsessed, and have spent your free time "nerding out" on code or automation.

Ethics: You believe in growth, extreme ownership, and playing "Full Out."

Organization: You are "tight." You hate messy systems and love clean, scalable architecture.
