JOB OVERVIEW

The Aimer Group (House of Aimer Inc.) is a certified woman-owned construction company headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia, USA. We specialize in residential renovation and rehabilitation, commercial interior finishes (painting, drywall, flooring, and acoustical ceilings), and government-contracted housing repair programs. We currently hold an active renovation contract with the City of Atlanta and are aggressively expanding into new municipal contracts, commercial property management accounts, and insurance restoration partnerships. Our certifications include WOSB, ACDBE, EBO, SBO, FBE, GAF Certified, Owens Corning Certified, and BBB Accredited.

THE ROLE
We are hiring a full-time B2B Outreach and Lead Generation Specialist to build our pipeline of government contracts, property management accounts, and insurance restoration partnerships. You will be the first point of contact for all outreach — making calls, sending emails, following up, and logging all activity into our CRM system (GoHighLevel). You are NOT closing deals. Your job is to open doors, find the right decision maker, and get them on the phone or into our pipeline for our CEO to close. This is a high-activity role. We expect 30 to 50 outreach touchpoints per day.

WHAT YOU WILL DO EVERY DAY

Make outbound calls to municipalities, property management companies, insurance restoration companies, general contractors, hotels, hospitals, and corporate facility managers using a pre-built target list we provide
Send professional introduction emails using templates we provide with our capabilities statement attached
Follow up on all prior contacts on a structured schedule — same-day voicemail follow-up, 3-day callback, and 7-day re-engage
Log every single contact into GoHighLevel CRM immediately after each touchpoint — contact name, title, company, date, outcome, and next follow-up date
Research contacts using ---------- to find direct phone numbers, emails, and decision-maker names before calling
Submit vendor and contractor applications to government portals — we provide all documents, you complete the online submissions
Send a written weekly summary report to the CEO every Friday by 4:00 PM EST
Maintain and update the outreach tracker spreadsheet daily


TOOLS YOU WILL USE

GoHighLevel (GHL) — CRM for logging all contacts and managing follow-up pipeline (training provided)

Google Workspace — Gmail, Google Drive, Google Sheets for email and document management
---------- — daily task management and progress tracking
Dialpad, RingCentral, or similar VoIP system for making US phone calls (we provide or reimburse the cost)
Zoom or Google Meet for weekly check-in calls with the CEO


REQUIREMENTS — NON-NEGOTIABLE

Excellent spoken AND written English. You will be speaking directly with US government offices, corporate executives, property managers, and construction company owners. Clear, professional, easily understood English is required. A voice recording is mandatory with your application — this is how we assess your spoken English.
Must be available Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM US Eastern Standard Time (EST). This is a hard requirement. Do not apply if you cannot commit to these hours.
Minimum 2 years of B2B outreach, cold calling, appointment setting, or lead generation experience
Comfortable making 20 to 40 outbound phone calls per day to US businesses and government offices
Strong attention to detail — accurate and timely CRM logging is critical to this role
Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, professional work environment for calls
Familiarity with CRM tools such as GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms
Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision


PREFERRED — NOT REQUIRED

Experience in construction, real estate, property management, or government contracting industries
Familiarity with ---------- , Instantly.ai, or similar outreach platforms
Prior experience with GoHighLevel CRM
Prior experience working with US-based clients in EST time zone


COMPENSATION — BASE PAY PLUS BONUSES PLUS COMMISSIONS
We believe in rewarding performance. Here is exactly how you can earn above your base salary:
Base Pay: $600 per month for the first 90 days
Base Pay Raise Schedule:

90-day review: $700 per month — triggered when GHL is clean and current, weekly reports are on time, and at least 5 warm leads or 2 confirmed application submissions have been completed
6-month review: $800 per month — triggered when the pipeline is growing consistently and outreach averages 150 or more touchpoints per week
1-year review: $900 to $1,000 per month — triggered when you are managing outreach independently and demonstrating leadership potential
Fast-track trigger: If you bring in 3 or more approved accounts in any 90-day period, you automatically jump to $750 per month regardless of where you are in the normal raise schedule

Account Acquisition Bonus — $250 flat bonus per account, paid immediately upon official confirmation:
You earn $250 each time your outreach directly results in any of the following being confirmed in writing:

A municipal or government contractor approval (City of Atlanta Housing Authority, Cobb County CDBG, DeKalb County, Gwinnett Housing Corporation, or similar)
A property management company issues a first work order or signed vendor agreement
An insurance restoration company such as SERVPRO, Belfor, ServiceMaster, or Paul Davis formally adds The Aimer Group as a preferred subcontractor
A commercial general contractor adds The Aimer Group to their approved subcontractor list in writing
A hotel, hospital, corporate facility, or school district issues a purchase order or signed contract

Recurring Monthly Commission — $50 per month per active account you originated, paid every month that account continues to send work to The Aimer Group. This builds over time — the more accounts you bring in, the more you earn every single month on top of your base.
What strong performance can look like in real numbers: If you bring in 4 approved accounts in your first 90 days, that is $600 base plus $1,000 in account bonuses plus up to $200 per month in residual commissions starting month two. A top performer in this role has the real ability to earn $1,500 or more per month. We reward people who treat this like building their own business.
