About the Role (Very Important)
We are looking for someone who is:
Comfortable talking to strangers
Quick-thinking and able to ask smart questions
Confident, but not aggressive
This role is NOT about reading scripts.
This role is about starting real conversations with U.S. professionals.
What You Will Do
• Make outbound calls to U.S. businesses, departments, and organizations
• Introduce our service in a natural and professional way
• Ask questions to understand their current situation
• Identify the right person in each department
• Take clear notes after each call
• Follow up when needed
MUST HAVE (Do Not Apply If You Don’t Have These)
• At least 2-3 years experience in outbound calling / sales / lead generation
• Strong spoken English (clear, natural, confident — not robotic)
• Comfortable speaking with U.S. clients
• Able to handle rejection (you will hear “no” often)
• Able to think and respond (not just read a script)
• Able to make 50+ calls per day consistently
STRONG PLUS (Not Required but Preferred)
• Experience with B2B or U.S. clients
• Appointment setting or inside sales experience
• Experience calling government, schools, or organizations
This Job Is NOT For You If:
• You only have customer service experience
• You rely on scripts and cannot think on your own
• You feel uncomfortable talking to strangers
• You get discouraged easily after rejection
Compensation
• $6 USD/hour
