We are looking for a driven, fluent English-speaking SDR/BDM to join our growing international team.
This is a hybrid sales role where you will both generate qualified opportunities and help move deals toward closing. You will work directly with leadership to expand our presence across global markets including the US and Australia.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate, qualify, and progress leads toward closing through inbound and outbound prospecting (emails, LinkedIn, calls, and virtual events).
- Own the early-to-mid sales cycle from first contact through discovery and proposal coordination.
- Conduct discovery and strategy calls with decision-makers to identify business needs.
- Set and manage appointments across multiple time zones while maintaining calendar accuracy.
- Support deal progression and closing efforts in collaboration with leadership.
- Track and manage pipeline activity using CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Pipedrive, etc.).
- Maintain organized follow-ups and email communication to ensure opportunities move forward.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations to improve outreach performance and campaign results.

Requirements

- Proven experience in SDR, business development, or B2B sales.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written) with strong confidence on calls.
- Comfortable handling outbound prospecting and closing conversations.
- Experience working with international markets** (US, EU, AU preferred).
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tracking tools.
- Strong communication, organization, and time management skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and performance-focused.
- Reliable internet connection and professional remote setup.
