JOB OVERVIEW

We're a fast-growing e-commerce agency going into year 7 that helps DTC brands scale through paid ads, email/SMS, and user-generated content. We need someone who owns the inbox after a lead replies to our outbound campaigns. Your job is to respond fast, handle objections, book the sales call, and follow up until it's closed out.

What You'll Do

- Respond to all positive replies within 5–10 minutes during working hours
- Handle objections in writing and move leads toward a booked call
- Execute follow-up sequences over a 90-day window for non-booked leads
- Track all conversations and outcomes in a shared system
- Work with the team lead to refine reply scripts over time

Who We're Looking For

- Minimum 1 year of appointment setting or SDR experience (mandatory)
- Proven ability to handle objections in writing
- Strong written English, clear, confident, and natural (not robotic)
- Reliable internet and availability during US Eastern or Pacific hours
- Experience in ecommerce or the marketing/agency space is a big plus

Hours & Location

- Remote
- Full-time (~40 hours/week)
- Must be available during US business hours

Compensation $300 USD/month base + $30 per qualified booking. OTE is $750–$900/month to start, with strong upside as call volume grows. Top performers can expect $1,100–$1,200/month+!
