JOB OVERVIEW

We are a growing dental practice based in California, expanding through new location de novo builds. Our leadership team includes a Harvard MBA and a Stanford MBA, both with deep experience in private equity and business operations, as well as a dentist with over 15 years of clinical and management experience.

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented tea ---------- mber to support our dental billing operations. Experience with dental billing is required, and familiarity with Medi-Cal Dental (Denti-Cal) is a plus. This is a remote, full time role.

The most important thing is that you're willing to work hard, learn, and ask questions.

You will work directly with our principals and operations team. This position requires availability during Pacific Time business hours (7a to 3p PT / 11p to 7a PH)

Responsibilities:
- Manage and submit dental insurance claims accurately and in a timely manner
- Follow up on outstanding claims and resolve denials or rejections
- Process patient billing, payments, and account adjustments
- Coordinate with front office and clinical teams to ensure accurate coding and documentation
- Track accounts receivable and report on collection status
- Maintain organized and accurate billing records
- Support related administrative or financial tasks as needed

Qualifications:
- 2+ years of dental billing experience required
- Strong understanding of U.S. dental insurance systems and claim workflows
- Experience with Medi-Cal Dental (Denti-Cal) is a plus
- High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Excellent written and spoken English communication
- Proficiency with dental billing software and Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel
- Comfort working independently and reliably during Pacific Time business hours

- Must have reliable internet and a computer with video call capability
