JOB OVERVIEW

I run daily live sports card breaks on Whatnot under the Kapascope brand. I’m looking for a reliable, long-term video editor who can turn full-length stream recordings into engaging daily recap videos.

This is NOT a one-off project — I need someone who can consistently deliver daily content without reminders.

What You’ll Be Editing

Full-length livestream recordings provided after each show
Format: 2–5 hour streams
You will create 1 polished summary video per stream

Core Responsibilities

Watch full stream or efficiently scan it

Extract and highlight:

Case hits (Downtowns, Uptowns, 1/1s, big autos, etc.)

Giveaways (if no case hits, emphasize giveaways heavily)

Funny, hype, or viral ---------- nts

Big reactions and high-energy clips

Create a cohesive recap story of the stream

Video Requirements

NO Shorts format

Must be long-form (target: 8–15+ minutes)

Optimized for:

YouTube (main priority)

TikTok (non-Shorts format)

Editing Style

High energy, engaging, not basic cuts

Add:

Background music (appropriate and hype)

Sound effects

Visual effects (zoom-ins, highlights, callouts)

Smart cuts (keep pacing tight, no dead air)

Branding Requirements

Every video must include:

Intro (3–7 seconds)

Kapascope branding

Hook (big hit, hype ---------- nt, or teaser)

Outro (5–10 seconds)

Clean, professional branding

Workflow and Turnaround

I upload raw stream videos to Google Drive after each show

You must:

Pick up the file without being asked

Deliver final edited video within 24 hours (next day)

Consistency is critical

Quality Standards

Zero spelling errors (very important)

Clean captions (if used)

Accurate highlights (don’t miss key hits)

Smooth pacing, no awkward cuts

Professional final output ready to post

Ongoing Work

Daily content (high volume)

Long-term opportunity if performance is strong

Potential to scale into:

Thumbnail design
