JOB OVERVIEW

About the Role

We are looking for a highly adaptable AI Generalist who can use AI tools to improve and optimize business operations across marketing, sales, and internal workflows.

This role is perfect for someone who understands how to leverage AI tools (not necessarily heavy coding) to increase efficiency, automate tasks, and support business growth.

You will work with international companies to implement practical AI solutions across different departments.

What You’ll Do

~ Use AI tools to improve marketing, sales, and operational workflows
~ Build automations using tools like Zapier, Make, or similar platforms
~ Support sales teams with AI-driven lead generation and outreach systems
~ Assist marketing teams with AI content creation, optimization, and campaigns
~ Improve internal processes using AI tools and automation
~ Integrate AI tools into existing business systems and workflows
~ Identify opportunities to reduce manual work using AI

Requirements

~ Strong experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, automation tools, etc.)
~ Experience with workflow automation tools (Zapier, Make, etc.)
~ Good understanding of marketing or sales processes
~ Strong problem-solving and logical thinking skills
~ Ability to work independently in a remote environment
~ Good English communication skills (written and spoken)

Nice to Have

~ Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Pipedrive, etc.)
~ Experience with no-code tools (Bubble, Airtable, Notion automation)
~ Basic understanding of APIs and integrations
~ Experience in marketing, sales operations, or growth roles
~ Copywriting or content creation experience
