JOB OVERVIEW

EXPERIENCED PROPERTY MANAGEMENT VA (BUILDIUM REQUIRED – READ BEFORE APPLYING)
Pacific Homefront Property Management (California, USA)

We are hiring ONE experienced Virtual Assistant with real, hands-on Buildium experience to support and help improve our property management operations. MUST also have bookkeeping experience.

IMPORTANT:
If you do NOT have actual experience using Buildium in a property management role, do not apply.

This is not a beginner role. We are looking for someone who can operate independently, solve problems, and help improve systems.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage property operations inside Buildium

Tenant communication, rent tracking, and delinquency follow-ups

Maintenance coordination and vendor communication

Lease tracking, move-ins and move-outs

Identify issues and propose improvements to workflows

Support owner communication and reporting

Help maintain and improve SOPs and systems

REQUIREMENTS (NON-NEGOTIABLE)

Minimum 3+ years U.S. property management experience

Hands-on Buildium experience (not just “familiar with it”)

Strong understanding of rent collection, maintenance coordination, and leasing processes

Ability to work without constant supervision

Strong English communication (written and verbal)

Stable internet and professional work setup
