Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our growing business. This role will start part-time with the opportunity to transition into a full-time position for the right candidate. You will play a key role in managing client communication, organizing internal processes, and supporting accounting and marketing functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and respond to client
Track and organize client requests, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks
Maintain accurate records, files, and documentation across systems
Assist with accounting-related requests (data entry, document collection, coordination with bookkeeping team)
Work within Canopy CRM to manage client workflows, tasks, and follow-ups
Support marketing efforts, including
Coordinate deadlines and ensure client deliverables are completed on time
Assist with general administrative tasks and process improvements
Requirements:
Proven experience as an administrative assistant, virtual assistant, or similar role
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience with CRM systems (Canopy experience is a plus)
Basic understanding of accounting or willingness to learn
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Proactive, reliable, and able to work independently
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with bookkeeping or accounting firms
Familiarity with tools such as QuickBooks, Google Workspace, and project management systems
Experience supporting marketing or client engagement efforts
Work Details:
Part-time to start (20–30 hours/week)
Opportunity to grow into a full-time role
