About Us:
We are partnering with a growing U.S.-based home care agency dedicated to delivering compassionate, reliable care to clients in their homes. We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically inclined Device Sales & Monitoring Coordinator to join the team remotely from the Philippines as an Independent Contractor.
Role Overview:
As a Device Sales & Monitoring Coordinator, you will support the implementation, coordination, and tracking of safety and monitoring devices offered as part of non-medical home care services. This role ensures seamless coordination between clients, caregivers, vendors, and internal teams regarding device operations and service integration. The position requires working U.S. business hours to support real-time monitoring and operational coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate device ordering, tracking, and installation scheduling
Monitor device alerts and follow established escalation procedures
Maintain accurate inventory records and device usage reports
Support client follow-ups related to device services and functionality
Assist with documentation and reporting related to monitoring programs
Coordinate with vendors, caregivers, and internal teams as needed
Support operational tracking processes to ensure program effectiveness
Prepare and maintain monthly reports regarding device usage and service issues
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Experience in operations coordination, sales, technical support, or service monitoring roles
Basic understanding of safety monitoring systems, alert platforms, or technology tools
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to manage operational tracking and reporting processes
Experience supporting home care technology or safety monitoring programs is an advantage
Ability to work consistently during U.S. business hours
Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace
Commitment to being part of a small, growing remote team
Agrees to undergo HIPAA and Cybersecurity training
