About Us:
We are partnering with a growing U.S.-based home care agency dedicated to delivering compassionate, reliable care to clients in their homes. We’re seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Caregiver Scheduler & Office Assistant to join the team remotely from the Philippines as an Independent Contractor.
Role Overview:
As a Caregiver Scheduler & Office Assistant, you will coordinate caregiver schedules to meet client needs, manage shift changes, and provide essential administrative support. This role requires working U.S. business hours to maintain seamless communication and scheduling accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
Schedule and coordinate caregivers according to client requirements and availability
Manage last-minute shift changes, cancellations, and urgent requests
Maintain accurate scheduling records and confirm caregiver attendance
Communicate professionally with caregivers and clients regarding schedules and changes
Handle administrative tasks such as phone and
Assist in ensuring smooth daily operations within a small but growing remote team
Requirements:
>Previous experience in home care or healthcare caregiver scheduling (mandatory)
>Familiarity with scheduling software and communication tools used in home care settings
>WellSky/Personal Care would be a plus
>Familiarity with phone applications such as but not limited to Vonage, RingCentral etc.
>Strong organizational and multitasking skills
>Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
>Ability to work U.S. business hours consistently
>Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace
>Commitment to being a key part of a small, growing office
>Agrees to undergo HIPAA and Cyber security training
