We are an established General Fashion Dropshipping Store looking to expand our team with an experienced Virtual Assistant for customer support. As a large portion of our clientele is based in Germany and Switzerland, we place the highest value on linguistic precision and cultural understanding. The ideal candidate possesses:
At least 3 years of experience in Customer Service (ideally E-Commerce/Dropshipping)
Weekly Reporting: Submission of a detailed data sheet every week
KPI Management: Responsibility for maintaining a refund and chargeback rate below 2-3%
Excellent language skills in High German and the ability to understand Swiss German
Proficient in common support tools (e.g., Zendesk, Gorgias, Chatgpt, Shopify Admin, Supplier Communication,)
Empathic communication and a solution-oriented mindset to prevent escalations
at least three years of experience in customer service, specifically within the e-commerce or dropshipping sectors. This role requires the submission of a detailed data sheet through weekly reporting and involves full responsibility for KPI management to maintain a refund and chargeback rate below 2-3%. Excellent language skills in High German and the ability to understand Swiss German are essential, alongside proficiency in common support tools such as Zendesk, Gorgias, or Shopify Admin. We seek an individual with an empathic communication style and a solution-oriented mindset to effectively prevent escalations. This is a flexible, remote position with a primary performance goal of keeping the refund and chargeback rate under 3%.
