We are looking for a Workflow Engineer to design, implement, and maintain the software systems that support our operations. This role focuses on improving productivity through better tools, smarter configurations, and clear, well-functioning workflows. You will collaborate with leadership and tea
Key Responsibilities
Software and Systems Analysis
• Audit all current software platforms and identify gaps, redundancies, and inefficiencies
• Evaluate team workflows to determine where tools are underutilized or misaligned
• Create clear recommendations for improvement based on business needs
Tool Selection and Implementation
• Research and recommend new tools that increase operational productivity
• Lead the setup and configuration of new software
• Build integrations between platforms to reduce manual steps and prevent errors
• Configure automations, workflows, access controls, and permissions
Workflow Optimization
• Translate existing business processes into streamlined digital workflows
• Build systems that support repeatable, scalable operations
• Document configurations and workflow logic for ongoing reference
Team Training and Adoption
• Train tea
• Provide clear guidance to ensure proper usage of software across roles
• Create reference materials that support strong adoption and reduce knowledge gaps
Continuous Improvement
• Monitor system performance and user behavior to identify improvement opportunities
• Adjust workflows as business needs evolve
• Stay current on new features, emerging tools, and best practices in workflow automation

Qualifications
• Experience configuring or administering business software systems
• Strong understanding of workflow design, automation, and integration concepts
• Ability to evaluate tools and match them to operational needs
• Comfortable learning new platforms quickly
• Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts clearly
• Proven ability to collaborate across departments
Preferred Skills
• Experience with workflow or automation tools such as Zapier, Make, Power Automate, or similar
• Familiarity with project management or operations platforms such as ClickUp, Monday, or Asana
• Ability to map processes visually using flowchart tools
• Strong problem solving and systems thinking ability
