Hey — I’m Karos. I’m 17, and I’m running a 7-figure e-commerce brand. This is not a corporate, LinkedIn-style job post. No fluff. No buzzwords. No BS. I’m looking for a full-time Video Editor who understands direct response and actually cares about performance. This is not a “just cut clips together” role. This is about making ads that perform.

What you’ll be doing:
Editing direct-response video ads (Meta-focused)
Creating high-converting ads, not just aesthetic edits
Producing 3 hooks per video
Turning our raw ideas + strategy into scroll-stopping creatives
Using AI tools like ElevenLabs and AI Personas where it makes sense
Iterating based on performance data
Working directly with me — fast feedback, fast decisions
Helping push the brand from “doing well” to dominating
VERY Highly valued skill:
- AI: Experience with tools like HeyGen, Google Veo, Kling, Nano Banana
Candidates with this skill set will have a strong advantage.

Compensation:
Full-time, remote role
Base salary depends on experience and skill
Performance-based bonuses tied directly to ad results
For strong performers, monthly bonuses can realistically reach around $1,000, depending on output and performance. There’s no fixed cap — results drive upside. If you make winning ads, you make more money. When the brand wins, you win.
The Big opportunity:
This starts as a Video Editor role, but there’s room to grow. If you consistently deliver, understand what’s working, and show good judgment over time, you can move into a better role with more responsibility and higher pay. I’m building brands for the long run and looking for people who want stability, ownership, and multi-year collaboration, not constant job hopping.
