Role Overview
This role is responsible for overseeing the company’s analytics, systems, and workflow functions as a unified operational capability. The Manager ensures that data, tools, and processes are aligned, scalable, and designed to support efficient decision-making across the organization.
This position manages technical and analytical tea ---------- mbers, sets standards, defines priorities, and acts as the connective layer between leadership, operations, and execution teams. As the organization grows, this role expands naturally to oversee additional analytics, systems, or process-oriented roles.
Core Responsibilities
Team Leadership and Direction
Manage and mentor analysts, engineers, and systems-focused tea ---------- mbers
Set priorities, timelines, and deliverables across analytics and systems work
Ensure clear ownership, accountability, and quality across all outputs
Review work for accuracy, usability, and alignment with business objectives
Analytics and Reporting Oversight
Own the company’s operational and workforce reporting strategy
Define and maintain standard metrics, definitions, and source-of-truth logic
Ensure dashboards and reports are actionable, consistent, and trusted
Translate leadership questions into structured analytical workstreams
Validate assumptions, calculations, and interpretations before distribution
Systems and Workflow Governance
Oversee the design and evolution of internal systems and workflows
Ensure tools are configured intentionally and work well together
Approve major workflow changes, automations, and integrations
Maintain consistency in how data flows across platforms
Prevent tool sprawl and fragmented processes
Cross Functional Alignment
Serve as the bridge between leadership, operations, analytics, and technical teams
Gather requirements and convert them into clear execution plans
Ensure insights from analytics are reflected in system or workflow changes
Support stakeholders in understanding and using tools and reports effectively
Documentation and Standards
Ensure documentation exists for systems, workflows, and reporting assets
Establish standards for naming, access, permissions, and maintenance
Reduce reliance on institutional knowledge held by individuals
Continuous Improvement and Scale
Identify recurring inefficiencies across tools, data, and workflows
Drive ongoing improvements based on usage patterns and feedback
Prepare systems and analytics functions to scale as the organization grows
Support onboarding of future roles within analytics, systems, or operations

Leadership consistently relies on reporting and systems for decisions
Metrics are clearly defined and universally understood
Tools and workflows reduce manual effort and operational friction
Analytics insights translate into concrete operational actions
The organization scales without breaking processes or visibility
Qualifications
Experience managing analytics, systems, or operations-focused teams
Strong understanding of operational data, reporting, and performance metrics
Strong systems thinking and workflow design capability
Ability to translate business needs into structured technical and analytical work
Excellent communication, prioritization, and organizational skills
