JOB OVERVIEW

RM Data Telecom LLC is a commercial structured cabling, fiber optics, CCTV, and security access control contracting company based in Hollywood, Florida. We have 12+ years of commercial and industrial experience, operating across Florida, Ohio, Texas, and Utah for major national clients. We are in an active growth phase and need a sharp, reliable Virtual Assistant to support our US operations full-time.
Position Overview
We are looking for a highly organized, self-motivated Virtual Assistant to handle daily business development and operations tasks. This is a long-term position with room to grow. You will work directly with the company owner and be a key part of our scaling strategy.
Responsibilities
• Submit vendor portal applications and subcontractor onboarding documents on our behalf
• Conduct outreach via email and LinkedIn to GCs, project managers, and national clients
• Make outbound cold calls to General Contractors, Project Managers, and national clients to introduce RM Data Telecom LLC and secure work opportunities on platforms including Field Nation, ConstructConnect, and direct accounts
• Follow up by phone with leads generated from email outreach and vendor portal applications
• Qualify prospects and schedule calls or meetings with the owner for high-value opportunities
• Maintain detailed call logs and update the CRM tracker with all outreach activity daily
• Manage LinkedIn and Google Business Profile — posts, responses, and engagement
• Send review request emails to past and current clients
• Draft professional emails, follow-up sequences, and correspondence
• Research target companies and contacts for outreach campaigns
• Assist with document preparation, data entry, and general administrative tasks
• Complete additional tasks as assigned by the owner
Requirements
• Excellent written and spoken English — professional and error-free
• Prior experience in cold calling, outbound sales, or phone-based client outreach is required
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow SOPs
• Experience with CRM tools, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office
• Reliable internet connection and dedicated workspace
• Available during US Eastern Time business hours (full-time, 40 hrs/week)
• Must be willing to sign an NDA and Service Agreement before starting
• Prior experience supporting a US-based contractor, construction, or B2B company is a plus
