About Us:

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven HR Recruiter to join our remote team and support caregiver recruitment initiatives for our partner agencies.
Role Overview:
As an HR Recruiter, you will support end-to-end caregiver recruitment processes, including candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding support. This role focuses on maintaining structured recruitment workflows, ensuring strong candidate experience, and meeting hiring targets across multiple partner agencies. The position requires working U.S. business hours to ensure real-time collaboration and recruitment continuity.
Key Responsibilities:
Source, screen, and assess caregiver candidates using approved recruitment platforms and sourcing channels
Manage job postings and maintain organized candidate pipelines within recruitment systems
Conduct initial candidate outreach, screening calls, and interview coordination
Ensure timely follow-ups with candidates through phone, messaging, and
Support recruitment workflow tracking and hiring progress reporting
Coordinate scheduling of interviews with client agency leadership teams
Assist with onboarding documentation and new hire process coordination
Track recruitment metrics and prepare regular hiring performance reports
Maintain candidate records and ensure compliance with recruitment processes
Support continuous improvement of recruitment efficiency and candidate experience
Perform other recruitment-related administrative tasks as assigned
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR coordination roles
Experience supporting healthcare, home care, or high-volume hiring environments is preferred
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment technology tools
Strong organizational, communication, and candidate engagement skills
Ability to work independently while following structured workflows
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and virtual collaboration tools
Ability to work consistently during U.S. business hours
Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace
Commitment to working within a performance-driven remote team environment
Agrees to undergo HIPAA and Cybersecurity training
