JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for an Outreach Specialist who can help us enhance our online presence and boost organic search visibility. In this role, you will build and nurture relationships with web admins through strategic, creative outreach. This position requires a keen eye for detail, strong practical judgment, problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and a methodical approach to our link-building efforts.

Key Responsibilities
- Qualify websites and identify backlink opportunities from high-ranking, authoritative websites.
- Reach out to bloggers and website owners, acquire guest post placements, and perform necessary outreach.
- Develop and execute creative strategies to acquire backlinks to positively impact organic search visibility.
- Analyze and ensure a healthy backlink profile.
- Generate new content ideas based on the competitive landscape.
- Assign article topics and work with our content team to create engaging content.
- Analyze competitor backlinks.
- Stay current on the latest updates on link building and SEO trends.

Qualifications And Skills
- Prior experience in the same role
- In-depth knowledge of guest posting and resource link-building strategies
- Proficiency with industry-standard tools such as Majestic, Semrush, Ahrefs, Moz, and Buzzstream
- Working knowledge of Google Suite (Gmail, Docs, Sheets)
- Strong ability to analyze datasets, identify key trends and derive actionable insights to improve outreach strategies
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Self-starter who can work independently and manage time effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Genuine passion for digital marketing
- Willingness to share new ideas and contribute to the continuous improvement of outreach strategies
- Hard-working team player with a collaborative mindset

Basic Requirements
- Device Specifications: Intel i5 processor or higher with a minimum of 8GB RAM
- Equipment: Webcam, speakers, and a microphone or headphones
- Internet Speed: Minimum of 100Mbps with a backup connection for outages

Working Hours
- Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5:30 PM Pacific Standard Time | Tuesday to Saturday, 12 AM to 8:30 AM Manila Time
- Location: Anywhere in the Philippines
