JOB OVERVIEW

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive AI Sales Operator who uses AI tools to generate leads, automate outreach, and support sales processes for international companies.

In this role, you will combine modern sales strategies with AI-driven systems to improve lead generation, outreach efficiency, and conversion performance.

This is a full-time remote opportunity working with global companies that want to scale their sales operations.

What You’ll Do

~ Use AI tools to generate qualified leads across different channels
~ Build and manage automated outreach systems (email, LinkedIn, CRM)
~ Create personalized outreach messages using AI tools
~ Optimize lead generation workflows for higher response rates
~ Support sales teams with prospect research and targeting
~ Track outreach performance and improve conversion rates
~ Automate repetitive sales tasks using AI and no-code tools

Requirements

~ Strong experience in sales, lead generation, or outbound outreach
~ Familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT or similar)
~ Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot, Pipedrive, etc.)
~ Understanding of outreach strategies (email, LinkedIn, cold outreach)
~ Strong communication and persuasion skills
~ Ability to work independently in a remote environment
~ Good English communication skills (written and spoken)

Nice to Have

~ Experience with sales automation tools (Zapier, Make, Apollo, Lemlist, etc.)
~ Experience with LinkedIn outreach or cold email campaigns
~ Understanding of sales funnels and conversion optimization
~ Copywriting experience for sales messages
~ Background in SaaS, agency, or B2B sales
