We’re looking for a highly resourceful Virtual Assistant to become the first hire in a fast-growing digital marketing agency. This is a black hat role — meaning you’ll handle all the tasks the founder no longer has time for. If you’re hungry, detail-oriented, and ready to wear many hats, read on.

???? What You’ll Be Doing (No Two Days Will Be the Same):
Managing client onboarding (emails, form submissions, setting up folders)
Posting, editing, and refreshing Facebook & IG ads
Updating and organizing client dashboards & internal trackers (Google Sheets)
Coordinating Zoom links, calendar invites, Slack updates
Following SOPs and helping build new ones
Doing whatever it takes to free up the founder’s time
? Requirements:
Fluent in English (both written and verbal)
Great at following SOPs and taking initiative when none exist
Knows their way around Google Drive, Slack, Loom, Calendly, Meta Ads (basic)
Quick learner, fast executor — no hand-holding needed
Hungry to grow inside a fast-moving team
Experience with agencies or online businesses a bonus
