We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant who can also support our HR administration. You’ll work directly with the founder, helping manage day-to-day tasks, scheduling, follow-ups, and key people-related processes across the company.
Key Responsibilities
Personal Assistant
Manage the founder’s diary, appointments, and daily reminders
Prioritise tasks and follow up to ensure nothing is missed
Prepare notes, summaries, and action lists
Coordinate meetings, travel, and communications
Handle confidential information with discretion
HR Administration
Manage employee records, contracts, onboarding and offboarding
Coordinate payroll submissions and monthly payroll accuracy
Track holidays, sick days, absences and entitlement balances
Maintain compliance documentation
Support recruitment admin and communication with applicants
Assist with company policies and employee communications
Requirements
Experience as a PA, HR Administrator, or similar support role
Excellent organisational and time-management skills
Strong communication skills and attention to detail
High level of discretion and confidentiality
Comfortable using digital tools (Google Workspace, HR systems, project management apps)
Able to handle multiple priorities and keep leadership on track
Nice to Have
Experience with payroll systems
Experience in small, fast-growing businesses
Ability to streamline processes and improve organisation
