JOB OVERVIEW

Hiring a Real Estate Operations VA who already knows how to use the Compass platform.
New York City Real Estate Team. 9am EST- 5pm EST. .

NON-NEGOTIABLE REQUIREMENT:

* You have hands-on experience using Compass CRM / platform in a real estate operations or assistant role.

* If you have not used Compass before — please do not apply.

You responsibilities will include:

* Run and maintain the team’s operational systems daily

* Ensure CRM and pipeline are accurate, organized, and up to date

* Monitor lead flow and flag anything that could impact revenue or follow-up

* Support listing and client processes from a systems and tracking standpoint

* Identify issues early and escalate before they become problems

* Execute and maintain checklists, workflows, and task priorities

* Keep operations moving efficiently and support overall business growth
