About Us:
Blume is a digital marketing agency that works exclusively with home service businesses. We build websites, manage SEO, and run Google Ads for plumbers, HVAC companies, roofers, and contractors across the country. We are growing and looking for an Outreach SEO Specialist to own our link building operation from prospecting to placement.

This is not a mass email blasting role. We are looking for someone who can identify genuine link opportunities, write compelling outreach, build real relationships, and secure high quality backlinks that actually move the needle for our clients.

What You'll Be Doing
- Prospecting for relevant, authoritative link opportunities across multiple client niches.
- Writing and sending personalized outreach emails and follow-ups.
- Building and managing relationships with site owners, editors, and bloggers.
- Securing placements through guest posting, niche edits, resource page links, and digital PR.
- Tracking all outreach activity and placements in a CRM or tracking system
- Reporting on link acquisition results, domain metrics, and campaign progress.
- Collaborating with the content SEO team to align link building with on-page strategy.

What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in link building, outreach, or digital PR.
- Strong written English and the ability to write personalized, non-spammy outreach.
- Familiarity with tools like Ahrefs, Semrush, ---------- , or similar.
- Understanding of what makes a backlink valuable versus harmful.
- Ability to manage multiple client campaigns simultaneously.
- Self-motivated and organized with strong attention to detail.
- Experience with home service or local SEO niches is a plus.

Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week, flexible to your timezone
