Overview

We are building a national healthcare acquisition platform focused on acquiring and scaling chiropractic practices across Canada.

Our company acquires profitable clinics, improves operations, and grows revenue through centralized marketing and management.

We are looking for a Deal Analyst to help us screen acquisition opportunities, analyze financials, and evaluate deals before we proceed to LOI or closing.

This role is ideal for someone with experience in:
• Investment banking
• Private equity
• Search funds
• Corporate development
• M&A advisory
• Financial modeling

What You Will Do

For each acquisition target, you will:

1. Financial Analysis
• Review financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, tax returns)
• Normalize EBITDA
• Identify add-backs
• Identify potential financial risks

2. Valuation Modeling
Build models to estimate:
• EBITDA
• purchase price multiples
• ROI
• IRR
• cash-on-cash returns

3. Deal Scoring
Provide a short memo covering:
• strengths
• weaknesses
• key risks
• valuation opinion

4. Due Diligence Support
Help review:
• financial statements
• debt obligations
• leases
• payroll
• revenue sources

Deliverables

For each deal reviewed, we expect:
1. Financial model (Excel or Google Sheets)
2. Deal summary (1–2 pages)
3. Key risk assessment
4. Recommendation
• Pass
• Investigate further
• Strong acquisition candidate

Example Target Deal

Typical acquisition targets:
• Revenue: $700k – $1.5M
• EBITDA: $250k – $700k
• Purchase price: $500k – $2M
• Industry: Healthcare / Chiropractic

Ideal Candidate

You likely have experience in one of these areas:
• Investment banking analyst
• Private equity analyst
• Search fund analyst
• Corporate development
• MBA with financial modeling expertise
• M&A advisory

Strong skills in:
• financial modeling
• valuation
• Excel / Google Sheets
• due diligence

Healthcare experience is a bonus but not required.

Initial engagement:

10–20 deals per year

Compensation:
• Fixed fee per deal review

• hourly consulting

Long-term collaboration preferred.
