**Photo Editor + Instagram Reels Creator – Photography Studio**
**Location:** Remote
**Pay:** $4–$6/hr depending on experience

**About the Role**

I run a professional photography studio in New Jersey specializing in corporate headshots, portraits, and weddings.

I’m looking for a reliable assistant who can handle both Instagram Reels creation and photo editing support — and switch between the two depending on workload.

You must be able to follow instructions closely, work efficiently, and deliver consistent results.

**Main Responsibilities**

**Social Media Content (Primary)**

* Create Instagram Reels from raw photo/video clips
* Select strong clips and build engaging short-form content
* Add cuts, pacing, and simple captions
* Execute hooks and edits based on direction

**Photo Editing Support (Secondary)**

* Lightroom color correction (exposure, white balance, cropping)
* Basic retouching using Evoto or Photoshop
* Wedding culling assistance when needed (Aftershoot)
* File organization and delivery prep

**Required Skills**

* Adobe Lightroom
* Experience editing photos of people (portraits or weddings)
* CapCut or similar video editing software
* Experience creating Instagram Reels or short-form content

**Bonus Skills**

* Photoshop or Evoto
* Aftershoot
* Wedding editing experience

---

**Work Structure**

When editing work is available, you will focus on photo editing and culling.
When editing is light, you will focus on Reels and social media content.

Workload varies week to week, so flexibility is important.
