JOB OVERVIEW

We are a fast-growing drywall repair company based in Tucson, Arizona (The Patch Boys of Greater Tucson), and we are looking for a highly organized and professional Virtual Assistant to support our daily operations.

This is a full-time, long-term position with growth opportunities.

You will play a key role in handling customer communication, managing leads, scheduling jobs, and keeping our systems organized.

Responsibilities:

Answer inbound phone calls from customers

Respond to new leads (calls, texts, online inquiries) within minutes

Enter and manage customer information in our CRM (Jobber)

Schedule estimates and jobs efficiently

Assist in preparing and sending estimates

Follow up with customers on pending estimates

Rate and categorize incoming leads (Google LSA calls)

Communicate with customers via phone, SMS, and email

Maintain clear and detailed notes in CRM

Organize job photos and files in Google Drive

Create before-and-after photo collages for marketing

What We’re Looking For:

Excellent English communication (spoken and written)

Comfortable answering phone calls (this is REQUIRED)

Strong organization and attention to detail

Ability to follow systems and processes

Fast response time and sense of urgency

Experience with CRM tools (Jobber preferred, but not required)

Reliable internet and quiet work environment

Working Hours:

Monday – Friday
8:30 AM – 5:00 PM MST (Arizona Time)
Includes 30-minute lunch break

This role requires quick response times and strong customer service skills. You will often be the first point of contact for our customers.
