JOB OVERVIEW

Main Duties
Support the day-to-day operations of our TikTok Shop affiliate program (US) by managing creator communication, tracking affiliate activity, monitoring compliance, and maintaining organized records for our growing network of creators.
You will help ensure the affiliate program runs smoothly by assisting with creator support, sample tracking, campaign participation, payout tracking, and community engagement inside our ---------- .
This role works closely with our Affiliate Manager, who focuses on strategy and growth, while you help keep the operational side of the program organized and running efficiently.

Intro
We’re looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented TikTok Affiliate Support Assistant to help support our fast-growing TikTok Shop affiliate program.
In this role, you will help keep our affiliate engine running smoothly by managing the day-to-day operational tasks that support hundreds of creators promoting our products.
You’ll work closely with our Affiliate Manager to ensure creators receive support, campaigns run smoothly, and our systems stay organized as the program grows.

This is a remote role with flexible hours, but it requires strong communication, reliability, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities
• Creator Communication
- Respond to creator questions across ---------- , TikTok DMs, and collaboration chats, escalating important issues to the Affiliate Manager.
• ---------- Community Support
- Monitor the affiliate ---------- , post updates and announcements, and help maintain an active and supportive creator community.
• Sample & Creator Tracking
- Review creator sample requests and maintain organized records of sample distribution.
• Compliance Monitoring
- Review creator videos to ensure collaboration requirements are met and track required content postings.
• Affiliate Data Management
- Maintain accurate internal records, including creator handles, posted videos, sample status, and affiliate activity.
• Campaign & Bonus Challenge Tracking
- Track creator participation in campaigns and bonus challenges and monitor reward eligibility.
• Payout Tracking
- Maintain records for creator retainers, campaign bonuses, and other payouts.

We offer a starting salary of $450 USD/month, with room for fast growth based on performance.
