JOB OVERVIEW

Senior SEO Specialist Needed – Technical + Strategic Execution (Ongoing)
We are looking for an experienced SEO professional to own and execute a structured monthly SEO program.

This is not a task-based backlink role.

We want someone who understands search strategy, technical SEO, and sustainable organic growth.

Scope Overview
Monthly campaign structure includes:
~40 priority keywords
5 core landing pages
Full technical audit and implementation
On-page optimization
Strategic link acquisition
Monthly performance reporting
This is a long-term engagement for the right person.

What We Expect
You should be able to:
Conduct a proper technical audit and prioritize fixes
Improve site architecture and internal linking
Optimize landing pages for intent, not just keywords
Build high-quality backlinks through legitimate outreach
Track rankings, traffic, and conversions
Provide clear monthly reporting with insights, not just metrics
We care about quality, sustainability, and measurable growth.

Requirements
5+ years proven SEO experience
Strong technical SEO capability
Experience with structured link acquisition and outreach
Fluent with GA4, Search Console, and leading SEO tools
Ability to explain strategy and tradeoffs clearly
White-hat methods only
If your approach relies on bulk directory submissions or low-quality networks, this role is not a fit.
