About Us:
We are a fast-growing startup comprised of four companies: A digital marketing agency specialized in retail liquor (alcohol), a SaaS company focused for alcoholic-beverage niche (liquorchat.ai), a high-ticket full-services content agency for any niche, and an AI SEO agency for law firms. Our team works globally and collaborates across all four businesses, offering significant opportunities for learning and growth. This role focuses on developing and editing internal YouTube Shorts and long-form YouTube videos, working closely with our founder to create engaging content that attracts inbound leads.

Position Details
This is a full-time role, required immediately.
You must be able to produce 12–15 short-form videos per week and 2 long-form videos per week.

Working hours are flexible within Eastern Time (US), based on your preference. Full time (8+ hours/day, Monday-Friday) during New York Time Zone (8am-5.30pm EST)

MUST provide a portfolio with BOTH short and long-form video content.
Entry-level motion graphic skills are preferred.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies for short and long-form video content.
Edit raw video footage into polished videos for YouTube and other platforms.
- Collaborate with the production manager, copywriter, graphic designer, and marketing specialist to define content strategy and assets.
- Work independently to manage projects from concept to completion.
- Assist in building and developing our video and motion graphics team.
- Present past work examples in both short-form and long-form video editing.
- Focus on creating founder stories and videos that drive inbound leads.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in video editing for both short-form and long-form content.
- Strong portfolio showcasing creativity and expertise in video editing.
- Proficiency with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut).
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for creative storytelling.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and current video trends.
- Experience with motion graphics is a plus.
