JOB OVERVIEW

We're seeking a Graphic Designer to join our dynamic creative team based in the Philippines. This full-time role requires a talented professional with a keen eye for design, who thrives in producing engaging graphics and ensuring consistent, high-quality output.

Important: This role requires full-time availability during New York Time Zone EST (8:00 AM – 5:30 PM), Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and execute creative graphics for a variety of digital marketing campaigns, including web pages, full graphic emails, posters, blog headers, email campaigns, push notifications, SMS, social media posts, brand guides, and website elements.
- Work closely with the production manager and copywriter to ensure all graphic design aligns with brand guidelines and maintains consistency across multiple clients.

Requirements:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in fast-paced agency graphic design
- Motion graphic design (in either After Effects or Canva) is a plus
- Proficiency in Adobe PSD (Canva is a bonus)
- Strong natural creativity
- Ability to conduct research, find pegs, create compositions
- Strong understanding of typography
- Graphic Portfolio

Daily Tasks:
- Assist in the creation of digital brand assets that are in line with the clients’ goals, target market, and branding
- Work collaboratively with the Production team and Founder to discuss timelines and other requirements
- Be able to work directly with a production head and copywriter
- Ensures agency guidelines and all revisions are taken into account before submission for client review
- Ensures deadlines are met and all revisions are incorporated for all the brand assets

- Has strong time management skills and problem-solving abilities
- Must be detail-oriented and has a good understanding of design principles
- Must have an eye for creativity and resourcefulness
- Flexible and open to feedback
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and English/PH language fluency for effective collaboration across the team
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and clients under tight deadlines

Available to work US Eastern Timezone (Monday to Friday, 8am EST onwards)
