Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute a full-funnel digital marketing strategy (awareness, consideration, conversion)
• Manage and optimize social media platforms (Instagram,
• Plan and schedule high-quality, brand-aligned content for luxury property listings
• Create and manage paid ad campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads) focused on lead generation
• Implement and manage tracking systems
• Optimize website performance and SEO to increase organic traffic and conversions
• Maintain and enhance Google My Business presence
• Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights and reporting
• Collaborate with the team to align marketing with business goals and available inventory
• Utilize existing high-end video and photo assets to create compelling marketing content
Requirements:
• Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in real estate or property management
• Strong understanding of marketing funnels and lead generation strategies
• Experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, and SEO best practices
• Proficiency in social media management and content planning
• Familiarity with CRM systems and lead tracking tools
• Ability to analyze data and optimize campaigns based on performance
• Experience working with or editing video content (preferred)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and proactively
