POSITION OVERVIEW
Wangh Financial Services is hiring an Automation & Growth Systems Specialist to build, fix, and maintain scalable workflows across CRM, social media automation, task management, and outbound sales systems.
This role focuses on improving operational efficiency, eliminating duplicate data, increasing lead conversion, and automating internal processes.

PRIMARY OBJECTIVES
• Convert social media engagement into structured conversations and booked appointments
• Eliminate duplicate records between HubSpot and
• Automate task creation and updates from incoming
• Support outbound sales workflow setup and tracking
• Maintain clean, scalable systems across all platforms

RESPONSIBILITIES
Social Media Automation (ManyChat)
• Build and maintain Instagram ticktock and
• Create structured conversation paths for Realtor engagement
• Implement follow-up sequences for non-responsive leads
• Trigger responses based on comments, keywords, and messages
• Sync leads into CRM and notify team when required

• Diagnose and resolve duplication issues between HubSpot and
• Ensure contact and deal updates do not create duplicate records
• Maintain clean and accurate pipelines

• Identify inefficiencies and propose improvements
• Build workflows that reduce manual work

REQUIRED SKILLS
