JOB OVERVIEW

We’re looking for an experienced Google Ads Manager to support a new done-for-you service inside our business.
A couple of our Boardroom clients are in real need of strong Google Ads support, so we want to bring in someone who can manage ads for them well, get results, and make this an easy, high-value service for the client.

This is not an hourly role.

You’ll be paid a project rate per client, depending on your experience, the quality of your portfolio, and the kind of results you’ve been able to achieve.

What you’ll be doing
Each scholarship recipient receives:
Setting up and managing Google Ads campaigns for clients
Doing keyword research and audience targeting
Writing ad copy that converts
Monitoring performance and making regular optimisations
Improving lead quality, conversions, and return on ad spend
Tracking results and reporting clearly
Making strategic recommendations to improve performance over time

We’re looking for someone who
Has real hands-on experience managing Google Ads
Can show results from previous client work
Understands strategy, not just setup
Knows how to optimise for leads and conversions
Is comfortable working across a diverse range of industries, from allied health and professional services to trade-based businesses and more
Can work independently and communicate clearly
Is proactive, reliable, and easy to work with

Bonus if you also have experience with
GA4
Google Tag Manager
Conversion tracking
Landing page recommendations or conversion improvements
Service-based businesses

How the role works
Remote
Flexible
Paid per client, not per hour
Project rate depends on experience, portfolio, and results

To apply, please send
1. A short summary of your Google Ads experience
2. Examples of clients or industries you’ve worked with
3. Case studies, screenshots, or results you’ve achieved
4. Your preferred project rate per client

If you’re confident in Google Ads and know how to turn strategy into results, we’d love to hear from you.
